The Notre Dame Retreat House Partners in Mission Circle represents a dynamic partnership between lay leadership and the Redemptorist charism of proclaiming abundant redemption, especially to those most in need. Rooted in the Congregation's global vision and Vatican II's call, the PIM program invites lay women and men to share full co-responsibility for mission through prayer, discernment, leadership, and service.

At Notre Dame, this takes shape as a thriving, fully lay-led Catholic retreat center sustained by the PIM structure, carrying forward the Redemptorist mission in changing times. As a recognized Circle, our board and community preserve this legacy by offering hospitality, retreats, and programs that serve thousands each year—serving as a vibrant example of how lay partners can creatively, collaboratively, and committedly sustain and expand the Redemptorist mission.
